These nurses also offer free blood pressure screening, give referral for further medical attention and host Health Fairs educating and promoting healthier lifestyles for both the congregation and community. Foreign Mission Board  Gives assistance to other countries toward the development of the whole man, both spiritually and physically. One of the countries in which this ministry focuses its attention is Ghana, West Africa. Monthly donations are provided to approximately twenty ministers so they can bring the gospel to the most remote areas in Ghana. This ministry works diligently to support a medical Center and Children’s Hospital and has been successful in obtaining medicines, medical supplies and equipment from donations from private and corporate sources. Additionally this ministry supported the construction of a poly-technical school in Offinso, West Africa. Contact Deacon Charles Livas

H. M. Clark Scholarship and Education Ministries  Awards four-year scholarships to every first year or returning college student of the church. Each year a four-year scholarship is awarded to one college bound graduating student from each High School in Orleans Parish. This ministry also offers homework assistance, GED program, after school tutorial, summer enrichment program, computer technology lab and test preparation for all test required in Orleans Parish. Project Love  Every Wednesday from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m., this ministry is serving hot meals to the hungry and the homeless. Additionally, clothes and shoes are given out as needed, a nurse is on duty for free blood-pressure screening and a minister shares an inspirational message of HOPE and LOVE. Contact Sis. SWAT TEAM
Soul Winning Around Town (SWAT) Team Members of the evangelistic team, known as the SWAT team, are out spreading the ‘GOOD NEWS” throughout the city of New Orleans and vicinity. The SWAT team prepares for its mission at 10:00 a.m. every Saturday and 5:30 p.m. every Wednesday and is then sent out to different areas each week. On the Saturday before the fourth Sunday in each month, the entire New Hope congregation joins the SWAT team in what is called Super Saturday, where the communities are evangelized in mass numbers.  Contact Rev. Transportation Outreach Ministry  Transportation Outreach Ministry – provides transportation to all services and activities of the church. This ministry also serves members needing assistance in getting to medical appointments.
